Tour Conditions
| Here are few words or conditions which are almost common to all the tour packages. Guests are requested to go through this and get prepared to do accordingly. |

- For all the hotels in this entire region normal Check in & Check out time is 1200 hrs if other wise not mentioned. Early Check in & late Check out is always subject to availability & that can not be guaranteed.
- Please note that our Executive will hold placard as advices by the guest, just outside the exit gate of the respective Airport.
- Incase the guests are arriving by train, the guestse requested to wait for Office Executive at the main exit gate holding placard in their name or as advised by the guests.
- The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at disposal. It will be as per contract & may change sector wise.
- The area is backward ,in respect of infrastructural development, but rich in Nature and the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Plains and other developed destination. Please be mentally prepared for that.
- As the area is backward, in respect of infrastructural development, it is quit obvious that the constructions of the hotels are unplanned. This further means that many good hotels are in the city centers. These hotels may have the view of the building in the front, beside or behind them. Parking may be a problem here if you are driving your personal vehicle.
- As the services are very poor in the area, we have made our hotel selection on the basis of SERVICES provided.
- There are very few star category hotels in our area. So we have termed 'The Best Category Area Hotels' as GRADE A, which are closed to a Three Star Hotels, 'The Area's Second Best Category Hotels' as GRADE B, which are closed to a Two Star Hotels and 'The Area's Third Best Category Hotels' as GRADE C, which are closed to a One Star Hotels,
- Also it is to be noted that there is a vehicle-parking problem in the whole area. Most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Guests are requested to follow the time strictly as given to them. Incase of delays the vehicle will have to leave the hotel area without the guest & parked in a parking area. In such case the guest will have to be transited in local vehicle FOR WHICH THE COST WILL HAVE TO BE BORN BY THE GUEST & WILL BE COLLECTED DIRECTLY.
- In the area most of the hotels do not have a lift facility & in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. Incase of guest having problem with blood pressure, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, will have to intimate to us during the time of booking so that we can block, rooms at the lowest floor of the hotel , subject to availability,enabling the guest to climbing the minimum number of stairs possible. This information is also important so that we plan their visit to the high altitude area accordingly.
- In a hilly area scarcity of water is a big problem. Everybody buys water for their day-to-day living. Guests are requested to coop up with any such problem faced during the tour. To over come this problem certain hotels have fixed time of supplying hot & cold water.
- It is to be noted that incase, the guest is arriving by train in the late evening / night & are departing early morning, it is mandatory for them to spend a night at the place where the railway station is. In such situation of late arrival & early departure, if the client does not having a booking, then the client will have to wait at the Waiting Room at the station. Our Executive will be meeting the guest at 0600 hrs. This has been planed keeping the security in mind.
- Most the parts of North East is a hilly area & change in weather is a regular happening. It is advisable that light layer clothing should be carried always. In winters it is advisable to carry heavy woolen.
- Landslide is a common happening in hilly area. Expenses incurred for diversion, due to this or any other reasons will de collected directly as per actual.
